Performs and monitors a variety of duties involved with calculating, preparing, delivering and restocking the infant and adult tube feedings for patients. Calculates, prepares and delivers formulas. Job Description Demonstrates familiarity with Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines as it pertains to ordering, storing, preparing and delivering infant formulas and adult tube feedings for patients. Requisitions formula supplies in a timely manner after receiving computer orders and sending appropriate fax orders. Serves as a resource for infant and adult formulas. Demonstrates strong math skills, accurately calculating the formulas. Exhibits problem-solving skills. Demonstrates excellent customer services skills continuously. Displays listening skills and effectively communicates with co-workers, supervisors and nursing staff. Establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and nursing staff. Evaluates and maintains quality control standards.

  • Depending upon location applying for, a minimum of two years experience in food service preferred.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Depending on location, may be required to complete Diet Therapy Class and pass Diet Therapy exams.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
