About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Team Lead Clinical Nutrition, this job is responsible for preparing patient formulas and participating in patient food service activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year previous experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Prepare patient formulas and beverages by following diet orders and established recipes. Assure accuracy of the preparation by checking with Clinical Dietitian as needed. Complete required documentation.
- Accurately prepare appropriate volumes to meet patient needs and minimize waste.
- Maintain a continuous level of readiness for inspections by external groups.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.
