Position supporting specific functions on the Organizational Change team. Lead activities pertaining to change processes related to formula, raw material, packaging and component updates for all personal care, OTC drug and candle/home fragrance products. Specific areas of support include, but are not limited to, regular business organizational change (component, pack out, merchant requested changes, etc.), or technical organizational change (regulation changes, international requirements, IFRA updates, etc).
