Forms Management Specialist Portland, OR (onsite) 05 Months Contract M-F (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) Part-time Qualifications Using InDesign to update proof requests as per instructions on mark-Client, adding fillable layers to PDFs. Position involves working with a forms team and interacting with customers to translate instructions to the production team.

  • Design and update forms or other print materials per customer requests.
  • Communicate job requirements to production team.
  • Review proofs and coordinate with printers.
  • Follow production schedules and deadlines.
  • May serve as on-site/off-site sales coordinator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • 3+ years experience in a related field.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in InDesign and PC applications.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift/move objects under 10 lbs; moderate dexterity and sedentary office work with occasional walking, standing, bending, or reaching.
  • must be able to lift up-to 10 lbs and walk with-in office
  • Copy/off-set printing experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
