This role is a full-time associate position within a two-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent. All associates will rotate roles within their assigned location. Rotations occur at the one-year mark and allow for hands-on experience in two distinct roles. Associates who participate in this program may choose to remain in their final role placement upon completion of the program or explore other opportunities at Capital One. Participation in the program requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One's hybrid working model. In order to be eligible for this role, you must have participated in a 2025 Discover internship.

  • Managing and leading multiple complex efforts/projects concurrently in an autonomous environment
  • Interacting and developing relationships with management across Capital One's lines of businesses including Card, Risk Management, Financial Services, Technology, Supplier Management, External Affairs, and many other lines of business
  • Driving the team to focus on critical deliverables, and executing with high attention to detail
  • Facilitating daily team meetings and keeping information about the team's progress up-to-date, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all parties
  • Identifying, removing or elevating obstacles, ensuring a quick resolution for the team
  • Implementing necessary communications and change activities associated with product launches, technology changes, and process improvements
  • Identifying and finding resources needed to achieve team goals
  • Using information and interactions to make good judgment on potential risks and issues
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by July 2026 or earlier
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or higher in business, engineering, accounting, supply chain management, risk management, economics, marketing or information systems
