About The Position
Acumen is seeking a former CEO or business owner who is ready to transition from a successful career to one of significance, creating value and impact while also experiencing economic benefits. This role is designed for high performers who can attract influential leaders in their community by providing executive coaching and peer advisory services within a faith-based for-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a company with at least $3 million in revenue and 10 employees, and possess a significant professional network. A mature Christian faith is essential, as the organization believes that faith should guide business decisions. As a Growth Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping other CEOs and business owners grow their businesses. This involves not only attracting new business owners to join the Acumen community but also leading monthly half-day Council meetings and providing one-on-one executive coaching. You will also participate in quarterly Advance Leadership Workshops and facilitate an annual team retreat called Outbound. This position requires a proactive approach, as you will need to step out of your office to create opportunities and connect with potential members of your team.
