About The Position

The Formal Verification Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and reliability of silicon designs through formal verification techniques. This role involves working closely with design and verification teams to develop and implement formal verification methodologies, tools, and processes. The engineer will analyze design specifications, create formal models, and develop test cases to validate the functionality of silicon designs. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in formal verification or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of formal verification tools and methodologies.
• Experience with hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDL.
• Familiarity with silicon design processes and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience with model checking and theorem proving techniques.
• Knowledge of system-on-chip (SoC) design and verification.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Tcl.
