About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Form Carpenters for projects located in the Norfolk, VA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in form carpentry or concrete construction preferred
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with commercial concrete work
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- TWIC badge
Responsibilities
- Work on a 10x10 float on a pier
- Chip and hand pour forms
- Build & set concrete forms for foundations, walls, colums, and other structural components
- Read construction plans
- Use measuring tools
