We are seeking a skilled Form Carpenter to construct, align, and dismantle forms for a variety of concrete structures, assist with finishing poured concrete, and ensure high-quality results while strictly adhering for safety standards.

Requirements

• 2-years of form carpentry or concrete finishing experience (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints
• Capable of working in various weather conditions
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, and stairs
• Safety first mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Wear proper protective equipment at all times
• Good communication skills

• Basic math and measurement skills

Responsibilities

• Construct and align wooden and metal forms for foundations, retaining walls, sidewalks, and curbs.
• Assemble and install forms with a strong emphasis on quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality control at all times.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and collectively with team members to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
