Temp Duties and responsibilities Perform visual inspections of incoming production parts and materials. Identifies and segregates defective material. Prepares documentation and enters information into database. Coordinates with facility Quality Control Department and suppliers on depsosition of materials as required. Performs quality check counts on incoming production parts and materials to ensure accuracy. Acesses and tracks up-to minute orders Outlook Distribution List. Inspects, scans and coordinates end item shipments to customers. Print and pulls RFS orders. Inspects material for damage prior to shipping. May require to physically lift and carry up to 40 pounds during inspection process. Loads and unloads shipments with forklift, pallet jack and /or by hand as required. Generates report of shipment shortages along with explanation and e-mail to required personnel. Reports any employee issues to supervisor. Identifies losses and damages of incoming material due to carrier negligence. Segregates and provides data to Traffic Clerk for processing of carrier of supplier claims.
