About The Position

Responsibilities:

Replenishment: Use a forklift to transfer products from bulk storage to picking locations in an accurate and timely manner.
Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and verify product codes to prevent discrepancies.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift, reach truck, or other material handling equipment while following OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the warehouse supervisor.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following warehouse policies and procedures.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper stacking and storage procedures to prevent accidents.
Collaboration: Work closely with order pickers, warehouse associates, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• At least 6 months’ recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting (certification preferred).
• Crown/Raymond high reach lift experience
• Crown Dock stocker experience
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
