Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receiving product and supporting completion of receiving report when required.
• Maintaining standards in the receiving department related to organization, cleanliness, safe operation of forklift, safe product placement, product protection, and cold chain standards.
• Carrying out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Supporting the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
• Acting with honesty and integrity and leading with the member in mind to address all concerns and escalate any concerns as appropriate.
• Ensuring a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Delivering service excellence through all points of contact.
• Resolving and deescalating to address every member concern.
• Maintaining visible accurate signage and ensuring the dock is organized and clean.
• Safely operating a forklift and receiving merchandise accurately according to company process and policy.
• Processing reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns.
