About The Position

As an Order Picker, or Picker Packer, you will be responsible for reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery. Your duties will include operating forklifts and other heavy machinery, updating inventory counts, and counting out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill an order. You will also be involved in collecting order notes to fulfill deliveries, picking out ordered items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes and serial numbers, securely shrink-wrapping items before placing them in envelopes or boxes, and loading delivery vehicles. Additionally, you will manage stock control, including item replenishment and storage, and perform general warehouse duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Forklift Certified (Minimum 1 year)
  • Prior Experience with Standard sit-down, stand up Forklift
  • Prior Experience using a cherry-picker forklift
