About The Position

Temp - Submittal Forklift Operator MINIMUM 12 MONTHS OF RECENT FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to fill an opening at a manufacturing facility in Riverside, CA that produces consumer lawn and garden products, including fertilizers, plant foods, and pest and weed control solutions. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm, plus Saturday OT as needed

Requirements

12 months of recent forklift experience (sit-down).
Pass a background check, E-Verify, and drug screen.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Ability to operate forklifts in a warehouse or production setting.
Must have steel toe shoes – other PPE provided on site.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in roles such as Forklift Driver, Material Handler, Lift Truck Operator, Warehouse Associate, or Shipping/Receiving Clerk is a big plus!

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift or other equipment to move, stack, load, and unload materials.
Safely transport finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse and production areas.
Perform product counts, checks, and verification of inventory.
May perform Order Filler or Checker duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
Support production operations as directed by supervisors.
