About The Position

At Acme Manufacturing, we’re offering you the chance to be in the driver’s seat as a Forklift Operator. This role is an essential part of ensuring operations run smoothly and safely, primarily involving moving materials around the warehouse with a forklift and placing pallets on wrapping machines for transport. Acme Manufacturing is a Denver-based company located at I-70 and Monaco, about 5 miles east of Downtown Denver. They manufacture and distribute metal products used mainly in the building trades, including metal shapes and sheet, garage door parts, landscape products, decorative door hardware, chain, and threaded products. Requirements

Previous forklift experience and willingness to be re-certified.
A good level of physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
A solid work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
A team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate with others to meet goals.

Responsibilities

Operating Forklifts: Safely operate forklifts to transport and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
Material Handling: Load and unload materials, ensuring all items are handled with care and in accordance with safety standards.
Inventory Management: Assist with organizing, stacking, and tracking inventory to keep operations efficient.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, keeping both yourself and your team members safe.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

Benefits

Competitive Pay: Earn $23.00 - $26.00 (depending on shift and experience) per hour working full-time, 40 hours each week.
Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
