About The Position

CJ Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Forklift Operator to join their growing team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in international logistics and supply chain management within a global company. The Operation Specialist will be responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts, including Reach Truck/Order Picker and Counterbalance, to perform duties within warehouse operations. CJ Logistics America provides integrated and multimodal logistics services across air, sea, and land, acting as a lead logistics partner (LLP), third-party logistics provider (3PL), and supply chain consultant. They help customers leverage supply chain management to reduce costs, transform business processes, improve service, and facilitate growth. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
• Knowledgeable of RF systems in a logistics environment
• Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
• Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions
• Positive approach in all interactions
• Team orientated and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a rapidly changing environment
• Willingness to learn new systems as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience in logistics/ distribution center is asset
• Experience in leading a team is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform Reach /Order Picker or Clamp responsibilities
• Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplishing shift goals
• Load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using both a Reach /Order Picker or Forklift or on hand
• Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation
• Reconcile inbounds with packing slips
• Familiar with handling tires
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
• Perform other duties as assigned
