About The Position
GA Foods is hiring a Warehouse worker/Forklift Operator for our headquarters location in St. Petersburg, FL. This role will be responsible for performing warehouse duties and assist in warehouse operations in a safe, efficient and accurate manner.
Requirements
- 2 years of sit down forklift experience - required
- Pallet Jack experience
- It is required to work a full time scheduled shift (5:00am - 1:30pm or until shift change including weekends)
- It is required to work in a freezer
- Able to work in the dry and Refrigerated Warehouses
- Able to work in the Dock
- Computer Experience including utilization of RFID scanning technology
Responsibilities
- Pull customer orders (frozen, refrigerated, dry)
- Operate forklift in a safe manner
- Conduct physical product inventories
- Assist with departmental housekeeping
- Receive and inbound product/unload inbound product
- Ship outbound product/Load outbound product
- Complete and maintain paperwork and records as required
- Other duties assigned by management
