About The Position

Temp Macon County Forklift Operator: 1. Maintain loaded lines of current orders running on each production machine with zero downtime of machines. 2. Unloading trailers of raw Material and stage in designated areas safely and effectively to utilize minimum space required. 3. Ensure all manifests are correct with trailers that are unloaded and discrepancies are reported. 4. All Specs are noted with section #’s of material location. 5. That all Scrap in carts are hogged and empty Scrap carts are maintained at each production machine. 6. Maintaining scrap below .3 % of handling damage. 7. Clear Communication to all production operations for 0 downtime due to schedule changes8. Performs other duties as assigned. Potential hazard exposures may include; work area will have forklift and material handling, noise exposure, extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, strenuous movement, machinery with pinch points
