About The Position

Cascade Coffee is one of the top coffee manufacturers in the Pacific Northwest. For nearly 50 years, we've roasted, flavored, and packaged coffee for some of the world's most recognized brands. We operate a 150,000-square-foot facility that handles more than 50 million pounds of coffee each year. Position: Material Handler / Forklift Operator (Weekend Shift) Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/hour Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Note: Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 Reports to: Warehouse Manager Why Join Cascade Coffee? You'll wrap pallets, move materials, and deliver packaging supplies to production. You may also stage product and support shipping areas depending on daily needs. Requirements

  • Recent forklift experience or current certification
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Must be able to operate a forklift for most of your shift
  • Comfortable in a warehouse environment (concrete floors, loud equipment, coffee dust)
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday
  • Be dependable and on time
  • Stay organized and safety-minded
  • Keep lines stocked and moving

Responsibilities

  • Use a forklift to move materials across the warehouse
  • Wrap pallets using automated machines
  • Deliver supplies like film, corrugate, and lids to production lines
  • Keep materials organized in staging and storage areas
  • Support the team by shifting between tasks as needed
  • Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse
  • Follow all safety rules and use proper protective gear
