About The Position
QuickHire is seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Spotters for an immediate warehouse project in Effingham, IL. We are launching operations at two warehouse locations in Effingham and will transition to St. Elmo, IL after 3–4 weeks. This is a 4–6 month project with additional locations planned. Work Locations: 420 W Industrial Ave, Effingham, IL 1200 Niccum, Effingham, IL 1010 Brewbaker Dr, St. Elmo, IL Start Date: Immediate – 3–5 team members needed this week
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must speak English
- Proof of forklift experience (certification or verifiable job history)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to move, load, and stage materials safely
- Assist with warehouse receiving and material placement
- Support deliveries and inventory organization
- Work closely with spotters to ensure safe warehouse flow
- Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
