We are hiring a Forklift Operator to help in shipping and receiving. You will report to the Shipping Supervisor and join a team of about 20 associates. You will work on 2nd shift, 3:45pm-12:15am. Overtime is a requirement for the role when necessary. You will report onsite at our Jackson, TN location. #LI-Onsite A Day in the Life of a Forklift Driver: You will safely operate a forklift Work in a cold environment for extended periods of time Complete Trailer checks Use SAP to bull out trucks, receive materials, and make adjustments Cycle counts Maintain all paperwork associated with materials that come in and go out of the warehouse Provide coverage for Shipping and Receiving activities Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements & Conagra's policies Awareness of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor. Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience
• Comfortable with working in a cold storage environment
• Physical-Lifting and Carrying: negligible pounds occasionally up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds to pull or lay objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position requiring the use of upper extremities and back muscles.
• Push or Pulling: using extremities to exert force to push, pull, draw, drag, haul, or tug objects exerting a negligible amount of force always, up to 10 pounds frequently.

• Knowledge of GMP requirements is ideal but not mandatory
