About The Position

As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance of processing and packaging equipment and providing technical support to improve and optimize within the manufacturing operations and processes. Shift hours: Currently hiring for 2nd Shift: 12:00pm – 8:30pm Monday - Friday Willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Plant operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week – When demand increases, hours and days can increase About our Location: Located in Green Bay, Wisconsin just minutes from the Fox River and home to the Green Bay Packers and historic Lambeau Field. Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Proficient in English.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net and gloves when required
Must be able to read and understand the HU system and complete tote, case and pallet
Must have or be able to have or receive forklift and electric pallet jack
Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions
Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery
Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean working
Follow all company safety rules, regulations and Ensure that team is in full compliance and training is up to date and documented.
Responsible for following company policies/procedures written or verbal
Clean all equipment in accordance with the SOPs.
Maintain control of all equipment and tools.
Palletize product and layers stack up to five feet, place cover on and shrink wrap.
Ability to maneuver products within freezer and cooler to fill the space to its capacity.
Must understand flour and oil system and assist in unloading these supplies.
Must be able to perform work in an unsupervised environment.
Ability to load and unload semi-trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to use a handheld scanner and complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
Assist in training new employees
Other duties as assigned.
