About The Position

Our mission is to provide reliable, scalable solutions to meet the growing demand for legume-based ingredients across the food industry. Hanline Foods is looking for a Forklift Operator to work at our Shelby, OH location.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day
• Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week

Responsibilities

• Operating and managing technical equipment.
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
• Adhering to safety management standards.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility
• Prepare pallets for shipment
• Load and unload fresh produce according to USDA, FDA, BRC and Company regulations.
• Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
• Factory/warehouse will be at cooler setting everyday.
• Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
