We are looking for Warehouse Associates for various roles. This position will be based at our Huntsville, AL location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-volume STERLING Vikrell tubs and showers at our Distribution Warehouse.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 45-106 pounds or more.
  • WORKING CONDITIONS-Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt.
  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Order pulling and receiving experience.
  • Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery.
  • Novice computer skills.
  • Ability to perform SAP production and material movement transactions.
  • Basic math capability.
  • Identify and make adjustments to programs.
  • Be flexible in work hours and shifts – come in early or stay over for needed shift coverage.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operates materials handing equipment.
  • Visually inspects packaging for damage.
  • Participates in the safety and good housekeeping programs as established within the plant.
  • Performs other related duties consistent with the nature of the job as directed by the supervisor.
  • Trained on all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies and procedures.
  • Assist in off-loading, as necessary.
  • Pulls and stages parts for shipments.
