Job Location: Fort Morgan, CO Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $23.50/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities This job allows the movement of product in the processing area with the use of a Forklift with other jobs assigned Some roles require you to use a computer or a manual paper process to track processes and make reports While performing the duties of a Forklift Operator, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment Positions require standing, walking, or sitting the entire shift, the use of stairs, the ability to operate heavy equipment and have a driver’s license, and the use of PPE which is required in all areas of the facility Perform repetitive tasks, forklift operation, tracking, reading, or creating reports manually or via computer, ensuring food safety and quality, cleanliness and housekeeping, maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 Years old or older
  • This role requires the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be able to lift/stack boxes up to 90lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Able to work in a hot/cold environment
  • Basic math knowledge
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Previous Experience as a forklift or dock operator
