These positions start at $22.15/HR (with $1/HR shift premium for 3rd shift positions) These positions are responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. These positions could work in any department of this meat processing facility include Shipping, Receiving, or Production. Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels. The Team Member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas The Team Member will stand 8-10 hours on hard floors The Team Member will perform repetitive motions as required in many areas The Team Member will work in a cold, damp environment The Team Member will work on slippery walking surfaces Applicants will be considered for Operator level openings. Leveling (pay) is determined based on availability of relevant labor level job. Applicants may choose from any of the roles listed below based on availability: Forklift positions include Extended Run, Forklift Operator, Order Selector Operator, and Yard Driver Operator. Requirements

Must have 3 months experience listed on application (can be with multiple employers but must add up to 3 months)
