About The Position
We are actively recruiting Experienced Forklift Operators specializing in both REACH TRUCK and ORDER PICKER . This associate will be working with replenishment and inventory experience. The ideal candidate must have proven, strong experience operating an Order Picker (OP), as a significant portion of the role involves safely and accurately picking orders at heights of up to six rack stands using an RF Gun, meaning comfort and proficiency working at heights is mandatory. This role also requires operating a Reach Truck for loading/unloading and performing essential inventory duties, including put away, detailed cycle counting, research for missing items, and quality auditing to ensure products meet standards. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Operate OP forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming good.
- Label and scar product with Rf gun.
- Maintain safety and organized Inspecting items and processing and assuring correct items
- Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
- Verify and check inventory as it is loaded/unloaded.
- Be able to pick from 6 aisle racks high with RF gun.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement.
- Inventory research on missing items.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts.
