About The Position

Here at Lakeside Foods, our Forklift Operator team is a very important part of our warehouse operation, ensuring our entire product arrives to the customer with quality and care. Forklift Operator team members are respected team members, performing the day-to-day operations of material handling. If you are a driven and organized individual with a can-do attitude, we want to talk with you.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Safety mindset

Nice To Haves

• Prior Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Lift truck license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and feed label line with products.
• Put away finished labeled product.
• Notify manager immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Use a computer, calculator, and any other necessary equipment.
• Maintain work area and lift truck in a clean and orderly manner.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
