About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading freight, preparing shipments, and completing shipping and receiving documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of forklift operating experience
• Strong background in shipping and receiving operations
• Experience handling diverse freight types in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• HazMat experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load and unload containers, trucks, and railcars
• Handle a variety of materials including lumber, drums, totes, and super sacks
• Complete Bills of Lading and all receiving/shipping documentation accurately
• Prepare shipments by blocking, bracing, labeling, cord-strapping, and shrink-wrapping
• Perform light manual labor and general warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
