Forklift Operator
About The Position

As a Forklift Operator for TRUE, you will be responsible for pulling/shipping orders daily in a timely manner. Doing your part to contribute to our promise of superior customer support. This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in O'Fallon, MO. Shipping hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm CST. In early 2026 this position will move to St. Charles, MO.
Requirements
- Must have forklift experience.
- Must be able to work in a variable paced environment. Some weeks of the month are busier than others.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. of boxes on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time without sitting.
Responsibilities
- Shipping/receiving orders utilizing Visibar/Scan gun process
- Process bills of lading ensuring accuracy of piece count
- Safely load LTL, truck load, and Container shipments
- Stock shelves using first in first out method
- Maintain a safe working environment by keeping aisles free of skids and debris and tidying up floors daily.
