About The Position

This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Associates must manage pulling and putting away system guided ticket orders from warehouse staff and management. Physcially pulls and put-away inventory from the rack to insure accurate delivery of warehouse products systematically into SAP for warehouse visability based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements. Operate RF scanners for proper order pick and put-away while managing accurate inventory while shrink wrapping products and placing loads on staging rollers. Associates must also maintain a safe and clean area and accurately perform the daily task and operate handling equipment in accordance with safety regulations. Display and encourage teamwork and maintain a positive working relationship with all employees. Communicate effectively with peers, leads, and members of management. Employees must comply with both Capstone and client best practices, policies, and procedures. Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail, with an ability to adhere to a timeline to ensure success, and have individual self-discipline with a strong work ethic. And you must be able to work overtime and work on weekends if the operational demands require.

Requirements

Must be able to move up to 50lbs
Must be able to reliably commute to and from work
Must be able to work well with others, take direction from leadership, and maintain a safe and clean area
Must be able to work 8-12 hours
Must have the ability to stand and work for the entire shift
Must be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time
Must be able to work overtime and work on weekends if the operational demands require.
Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and equipment
Ability to up to 50 lbs. consistently
Must be able to work in seasonal temperatures
Must wear steel or composite-toed footwear
Must be able to work overtime
Must be able to work weekends
