Perricone Farms is seeking a Seasonal Forklift Operator to join our production and warehouse team. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on seasonal work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in material handling, staging, and the safe movement of products throughout the facility. Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Shift / Hours: 3rd Shift; Monday – Friday, 11:00 pm. to 7:30 am., with possible Saturdays if needed Seasonal: January through June, with a possibility to return in the fall/winter
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw materials and finished goods
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Staging product for production and shipment
- Wrapping and securing pallets for transport
- Supplying production lines with necessary materials
- Transporting 55-gallon drums and other materials as required
- Performing routine forklift inspections and reporting maintenance needs
- Maintaining accurate inventory movement records
- Keeping warehouse and production areas clean and organized
- Following all safety procedures and traffic patterns within the facility
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Notify supervisors of any irregularities, safety concerns, or equipment issues
- Comply with all OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF requirements
- Support ongoing food safety, quality assurance, and non-GMO compliance efforts
- Participate in audits and the annual review of the Food Safety Management System
