Our Forklift Operators are responsible for accurate, efficient, and safe handling of all inbound and outbound materials within the distribution center.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pallet jack and forklift experience.
Basic computer or scanner skills (ERP/WMS experience a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
ERP/WMS experience a plus

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and documentation.
Accurately label, tag, and store products in designated warehouse locations according to established procedures.
Pick, pack, stage, and ship products in alignment with work orders, customer orders, and distribution schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to leadership.
Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly, quarterly, or annual physical inventories.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all warehouse areas including storage, aisles, docks, and staging zones.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and other inventory rotation principles to ensure proper stock management.
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
Accurately record all inventory movements and transactions within the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.
Complete required documentation such as shipping manifests, bills of lading, receiving logs, and inventory reports per company procedures.
Identify, report, and escalate damaged goods, equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
