This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining accurate inventory. You'll be largely self-directed and trusted to uphold our company values and procedures, reporting any issues directly to management.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Nice To Haves

Sit-down forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
We're willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

Operate Forklifts: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
Order Fulfillment: Gather, stage, and load products based on sales order requirements, ensuring orders are completed on time.
Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and transport goods from one area to another.
Inventory Management: Stack and store materials in designated areas to ensure proper organization and inventory control.
Safety and Compliance: Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment and strictly adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient operations and coordinate tasks.
