About The Position

Izzio Artisan Bakery, the #1 selling sourdough bread in America, is seeking a Freezer Warehouse Worker for their facility in Henderson, CO. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and efficient logistics. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving orders, managing inventory, and the precise loading and unloading of trucks. This involves working with electronic order systems, building loads using forklifts and/or electronic pallet jacks, and ensuring all shipper/receiver documentation is accurate. The position also requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment and adapting to varying workloads and weather conditions.

Requirements

High School education required.
Must be forklift certified or have forklift experience.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently.
Must be able to push/pull up to 85lbs with assisted lifting.
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and kneel.
Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality.
Must have a flexible schedule, that includes evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse and inventory related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Works from electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.
Follows warehouse instructions in building loads.
Responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation.
Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and removing any returned pallets/plastic flats.
Responsible for unloading pallets and placing them in designated warehouse space.
Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
