About The Position

Quality Distribution, LLC., a leading Third-Party Warehouse and Distribution Company based in Utah, is currently seeking a full-time Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. We are conveniently located just 2 miles West of the Salt Lake International Airport. Requirements

Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
Effective communication skills, with fluency in English (intermediate) and Spanish (preferred) languages.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts, order-pickers, and pallet jacks to move heavy materials within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Build and pick pallets according to specifications.
Load and unload palleted goods onto and from semi-trailers, ensuring proper stacking and securing of loads.
Conduct quality assurance checks, reporting any product damage or shortages.
Utilize RF scanning equipment to track inventory accurately.
Prepare goods for transport by shrink wrapping or securing them properly.
Weigh and record product weights for documentation purposes.
Analyze production schedules to prioritize timely transportation of materials and products.
Document the arrival, departure, and movement of goods, maintaining accurate records of inventory and order fulfillment.
