Forklift Operator
About The Position
TMC Staffing is seeking Forklift Operators in Brehnam, TX able to work 12 hour shift/rotating days. Must have Order Picker, Reach Truck and Counterbalance experience in a warehouse environment. Day shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm rotating days Job functions: Load/Unload trucks. Maintain finished goods area concerning scanning, wrapping, and placing inventory into the warehouse. Operate all aspects of UPS line as needed. Process shipping & receiving paperwork as needed. Pull orders as assigned with Order Picker or Raymond. Put misplaced items back to stock. Maintain the cleanliness of your assigned work area. Other related functions as required. Maintain safe working habits and report any unsafe conditions. Finished product: lift and carry product weighing up to 70 pounds.
Requirements
- Forklift Operator experience
- Order Picker, Reach Truck and Counterbalance experience in a warehouse environment.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Steel toe shoes
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Leather gloves for moving pallets
- Safety glasses for eye protection
- Cut proof gloves when using blade knives or working with sharp objects
- Hearing protection required in manufacturing plant
