General Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to transport products. Load and unload trailers, stage pallets, and move inventory within the facility. Ensure all loads are secure, stable, and correctly placed to prevent damage or contamination. Follow all company policies and industry regulations regarding cleanliness and food safety Inspect forklifts before and after shifts and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately. Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation. Participate in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas as part of food safety protocols. Comply with all OSHA and warehouse safety regulations. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, quality control, and logistics teams. Assist in general warehouse duties as needed. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience, preferably in a food-grade or warehouse environment. Ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and pay close attention to detail. Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
