About The Position

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will operate a forklift to support production of ready‑to-eat popcorn products at our Lincoln, NE facility. You will transport materials, maintain cleanliness standards, assist with loading and unloading, and help keep production flowing safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience operating a forklift in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable performing moderate lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication with team members and prompt reporting of errors to the appropriate personnel.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• You will prioritize safety while operating the forklift to move materials, packaging supplies, and finished pallets throughout the facility.
• You will assist with loading and unloading operations, which may include manual support when needed.
• You will keep work areas clean and ensure forklift batteries remain charged.
• You will support equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work environment.
