About The Position

We're seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our team at our Albuquerque recycling plant . If you have experience operating heavy machinery and are passionate about sustainability, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Operate a Forklift as your primary equipment. Occasionally operate a Front-End Loader , baler , and other machinery including trucks and smaller equipment. Support daily operations to ensure efficient recycling processes. Schedule: Four 12 hour shifts per week. Workdays: Monday-Friday , with one weekday off , Sunday off , and a rotating Saturday . Start time: 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: $$20.00 - $23.00/hour , depending on experience (DOE)

Requirements

Proven experience in operating Forklifts and Balers
Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Pushing recyclables onto an incline belt
Loading recycle materials in a hopper
Loading, dump trucks, open top trailers, pushing up piles of yard debris, rubble
Responsible for equipment inspection
Assisting customers and employees as needed
