About The Position

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support scrap and material movement within a manufacturing facility. This role requires experience operating industrial forklifts, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating forklifts or similar industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required

Nice To Haves

• Prior scrap, recycling, or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, load, unload, and stage scrap materials throughout the facility
• Move materials to designated scrap, recycling, or disposal areas
• Inspect materials for damage or irregularities and report issues promptly
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate activity logs and inventory records as required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures
• Support production flow and plant productivity as needed
