About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing
• Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork
• Ability to effectively communicate across all management levels
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Team Members must be in current position for 90 days
• Team Members must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past year
• Team Members with four (4) or more attendance points at the time of application will be disqualified from consideration
• A Team Member who withdraws their application or declines a position one (1) time will be restricted applying to any additional positions for six (6) months
