Successful candidates must be able to work in various jobs which can include rotating to different job duties. These job duties could include various machine operators, handling material, grading material, quality checks, clean up, and other similar manufacturing activities. This position requires you to follow written and verbal job instructions. Being able to provide feedback and apply critical thinking are other keys to this position. Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast paced fork lift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment that will vary depending on the time of the year. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum computer skills. (ERP System)
Powered Industrial Forklift license or license course
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Position requires the ability to plan and perform unusual and difficult work and make decisions involving the use of considerable ingenuity
Position requires regular work with lightweight materials and occasional work with average weight materials
Position must concentrate mental and visual attention while closely planning and laying out complete work
