Forklift Operator - AM Shift
About The Position

What You’ll Do Inspect incoming products and materials to ensure quality and food-safety standards are met Support warehouse and production operations by tracking inventory and staging materials Identify and escalate quality, safety, or production issues to keep operations running smoothly Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support daily operations Complete basic documentation and data entry related to inspections and inventory
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or food/beverage experience preferred
- Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or quality processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs occasionally)
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when needed
- Work around moving equipment, dust, and noise typical of a manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or quality processes is a plus
