This role involves handling materials in a warehouse environment, including loading/unloading trucks, staging inventory, and supplying production lines. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, team-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- 2 years of forklift experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload trucks; verify and record quantities.
- Stage materials by date or lot code; supply production lines.
- Stretch wrap pallets and verify pallet tags and configurations.
- Maintain and charge electric forklifts at end of shift.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company regulations.
- Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, and other equipment.
- Work under direct supervision and report to a manager.
