About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures and sanitizing equipment. Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.
Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs The Team Member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas The Team Member will stand 8-10 hours on hard floors The Team Member will perform repetitive motions as required in many areas The Team Member will work in a cold, damp environment The Team Member will work on slippery walking surfaces

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing
• ability to complete on-the-job paperwork
• effectively communicate across all management levels
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be in role for 90 days
• No suspensions or more than 3 written warnings in the past year
