About The Position

Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) Position Overview We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift with double forks to move and stack pallet loads efficiently and safely. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physically demanding setting. Shift & Pay 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay: $19/hour

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift (double forks preferred)
• Ability to pass a forklift assessment (stacking pallets test)
• Comfortable working in a dusty, industrial environment
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to lift, bend, and work physically throughout the shift
• Experience in construction, mechanical work, or general labor
• Familiarity with tools such as Sawzall, hammer, and measuring tools

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift (double forks) to transport and stack pallet loads
• Safely handle and move stacks of up to 18 pallets
• Load, unload, and stage materials in a high-volume environment
• Perform daily equipment checks and follow safety protocols
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
