About The Position

We are looking for a Production professional to join our Mulch Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and in accordance with quality standards. This position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in production processes and the ability to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Forklift Experience 1 year
Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills
Safety awareness: Understanding of and commitment to following safety procedures.
Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Front Loader experience 1 year preferred
Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

MUST have forklift experience
Follow safety protocols in the workplace.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Operate production machinery and equipment.
Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to ensure quality products are produced.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
Maintain records of production data and provide reports to management.
