About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our Receiving team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials supporting our production lines. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift certification and proven experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of forklift safety, material-handling procedures, and inventory accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Must be able to read and write in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Unload inbound trucks and transport raw materials and components to designated storage areas.
Stage and deliver materials to production areas based on scheduling needs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and properly document all material movement.
Perform daily forklift inspections and promptly report any safety or maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily objectives.
