About The Position

This is a seasonal role for a Forklift Operator in the Receiving department at the Indy North facility. The position involves safely operating an order picker and turret to handle receiving duties, organize and stow products, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with cycle counts. The role requires adherence to all safety policies, including wearing steel-toed boots. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with opportunities for employee engagement and recognition.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
6+ months previous order picker and turret experience
Ability to work safely at heights of 20ft or more
Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership

Responsibilities

Safely operate an order picker and turret to perform receiving duties
Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
Other duties on or off the forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs
Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required
